Orders can be placed on this website through our ordering platform. For customized orders, please submit an inquiry on the website or call.
Yes. All items are made fresh to order, so advance notice is required to ensure quality and availability. Time frames are listed under each category on the website.
If ordering online, payment is due at checkout. If placing a customized order, the invoice is due 7 days before pickup or delivery. If order is being placed less than 7 days before the due date, payment would be due immediately to secure order. Payment must be submitted by the stated deadline to secure your order.
We currently accept Zelle, cashapp, credit card and debit card. Payment details will be provided with your order confirmation.
Changes must be requested within 5 days of the due date for customized orders and within 3 days for online orders. If orders are placed after the allotted timeframe, then no changes will be accepted.

Please communicate as soon as possible. Delays may affect product quality and availability. If product is left unclaimed the day of pickup, it will be repurposed or given away. No refund will be given.
For best quality, enjoy within 3–5 days depending on the item. Higher fat items like cakes, should stay moist longer.
Some items can be gently reheated. Instructions will be provided when applicable.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all online sales are final.
Customized orders may be canceled 7 days before the due date.
If a proven emergency takes place with the customer or bakery or inclement weather that causes a cancellation or rescheduling, a refund or rescheduling of the due date could possibly take place due to baker's discretion.
